An academic exchange program was established this spring between California State University, Los Angeles and Utsunomiya University. James M. Rosser, President of Cal. State, L.A., Allen A. Mori, Dean of the Faculty, Charter School of Education, and Noriko Saito, Professor of the Faculty, visited Utsunomiya University and participated in a signing ceremony, March 29-30, 2000, setting forth the interchange.
